Rules and Regulation

Post  Admin on Mon Oct 20, 2008 1:08 am

I've devised a set of rules that all users are to follow. Failure to abide by these rules will result in beingbanned - you will no longer have the permission to view the site. These rules apply for all of the sections. Many of these rules are plain common sense, but I thought I'd spell it out for all of you just in case.

1. No Spamming - This is probably the most annoying thing to us "forumers". No one wants to waste time reading a worthless post before they can read what they want to read. This may also result in harsher-than-they-should-be punishments distributed by us moderators - spammers make our jobs more difficult.

2. No Flaming - Try not to flame another user, even if this user deserves it. I know that's a little hard to do - trust me, I have problems with this, too. I'll blow up at times, too. Ask any of the rest of the staff, they'll tell you. Wink
However, this is something that you should at least try and prevent. I won't be as anal regarding this rule as opposed to other ones, but I expect all of you to get along with each other.

3. No Posting of Malicious Files - I'm sure most of you understand why this rule is put into play. If you don't...abide by it anyway.

4. Search Before Posting - Chances are, that the question you have has already been answered in the past. Do a search on it before asking. Failure to search before posting can give you a reputation of being the Forum Idiot.

5. No Begging - If you want a certain hack and you didn't find it in the Downloads section, there is no public version for this certain hack. Do NOT beg for it...no one will give it to you and, in the end, you'll leave with a bad reputation.

6. Stay On Topic - Help keep everything organized and don't talk about Counter Strike in the Maple Story section.

7. Do Not Double Post unless with valid reason or Create Duplicate threads - Please help keep GzP clean and organized.

8. No selling/trading hacks - No explanation. It's just not allowed.

More will be appended, if necessary. If you've thought of a rule, and would like me to add it in, post it. If it's a valid rule, I'll add it in.
Thank You.
